Our secure gateway can be used to process checks online
through ACH (Automated Clearinghouse) processing. You simply
enter your customers' checking information into the gateway based on a check that has been
faxed or mailed to you. You can also set up a form on your site and have your customers
enter the information themselves. If you are offering a subscription service, you can
schedule regular debits from your customers' checking accounts.
You do NOT need to sign up for our credit card
processing service, or even have a credit card merchant account, in order to use our
ZyTransfer EFT ACH service. Of course you are welcome to use both services. The cost of the Zytransact gateway (see our prices)

How ZyTransfer Works
- Customer's ABA information is immediately verified
against a national database.
- Order confirmation is sent to you and to your
customer.
- Using a computer system not connected to the Web,
FiNET (the EFT processor) will initiate an electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your
customer's bank account to yours.
No Hardware or
Software Required
- ZyTransfer is included in Zytransact's suite of
services and is quickly and easily integrated into your existing online order forms. No
software or hardware is required by you or your customers! Once Zytransact's services are
in place on your site, your work is done. When a customer places an order on your site,
you and your customer receive immediate verification of the order. The information you
receive includes the customer's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, items
ordered, and the order total.
Eliminate the Need
for Your Own Secure Server
- Since Zytransact offers complete
security on payments from any web site, there is no need for you or your customers to
worry about information theft. With Zytransact, you can eliminate your need for a secure
server.
Zytransact.com's
system enables your customers to order online without ever having to transmit their
account information over a non-secure Internet connection. Zytransact's services
(including ZyTransfer) are designed to work via the Internet
using a proprietary system, a Netscape Commerce Server, PGP encryption and SSL. You do not
need to invest in any security features for your site.
All US Checking
Accounts Accepted
- ZyTransfer is available to any merchant in the world who accepts payment in
US funds. Customers can use checking accounts drawn on US banks.
Detailed Reporting
- Detailed reports are generated
showing the customer information for each order. The reports are emailed to you on a daily
basis. The emailed reports include an attached tab-delimited file of all orders. This file
can be imported directly into your accounting system. These reports dramatically decrease

Fees In order to use ZyTransfer, you must have an account with FiNET, a trusted EFT processor. (We
can get you set up with FiNet) Rates are as follows:
No Application Fee
Discount Rate 1%
Transaction fee: $0.50
Returned item fee: $1.50
Monthly maintenance fee: $15.00
FiNET's fees are above and beyond
Zytransact's prices.
Restrictions: EFT account
requests are subject to review by FiNET (acceptance rates are approximately 99%). FiNET is
unable to work with merchants in the travel industry or those who provide adult
entertainment. FiNET's EFT service is generally available only for transactions under $850.
However, there are exceptions depending on your circumstances.

to Begin
Zytransfer is available once you have registered with Zytransact. After you have registered with Zytransact, we will forward to you
the necessary forms to begin accepting EFT payments.
