Accept Credit Cards Online, Securely, in Real-Time

To accept credit card payments online, you need two things:

1. A Credit Card Merchant Account (CCMA)
2. A system for processing the transactions online.

These two things are usually provided by separate companies, and separate fees apply to each. However, companies that provide the above services usually do work together to provide the services in tandem. Zytransact provides item 2, a secure, online processing system for websites to accept credit cards. We do not directly provide credit card merchant accounts, though we do work with a service that provides them. We also assist in expediting the application process. However, you are perfectly free to obtain a CCMA with your own bank. It's up to you.

The fees charged by our CCMA provider are:

One time application fee: $95
Transaction fee - $.30 per transaction
Discount rate - 2.29%
No batch fee
Monthly minimum fee of $25 (discount rate fees and transaction fee go
toward the minimum)
Monthly statement fee - $10

The above rates are quite competitive, though we encourage established businesses to check with their own banks.

If you choose to get your CCMA through us, then you go through a 2-step process. First, you apply for the CCMA. Processing the application usually takes about a week. Once this has been done, we will forward to you a confirmation e-mail which will explain how to set up your Zytransact processing account.

How Zytransact Works:

Once you have established your credit card merchant account, Zytransact will allow you to process transactions online. The procedure works as follows:

  • Customer completes your online order form, providing credit card information.
  • Submitted form is transferred via a secure SSL socket to Zytransact's secure server.
  • You receive real-time online authorization from Zytransact's server.
  • Order confirmation email is sent to you and your customer.
  • Customer's credit card is debited; your bank account is credited.
  • The transaction appears on your customer's credit card statement, serving as a receipt.
  • You also have the ability to enter credit card transactions yourself.   

Zytransact's service is the easiest, least expensive way to accept credit card payments. There are no additional transaction fees.
